Produced by the European / Western honey bee (Apis mellifera), this honey is gathered from the nectar of diverse flowering plants that bloom across the region during the changing seasons. Rather than reflecting a single dominant floral source, it brings together the character of many blossoms, each contributing to the honey's distinctive natural flavour.
Sourced from small-scale farmers in Uttarakhand, our Raw Multiflora Honey captures the changing rhythm of the landscape. Rainfall, sunshine, temperature and the availability of flowers all influence the nectar gathered by the bees, making every harvest a little different.
The result is naturally pleasant sweetness, a delicate floral character and a flavour shaped by the diversity of the Shivalik landscape.

No two flowering seasons are exactly alike, and neither are their harvests. The colour, aroma, texture and taste of our honey may vary naturally with the season and the flowers visited by the bees.
Our honey is unpasteurised and gently strained, with no added sugar, artificial sweeteners or preservatives. We keep it close to its natural state, allowing you to enjoy the simple goodness of honey as it comes from the hive.
Natural crystallisation may occur over time. This is a normal characteristic of honey and does not, by itself, indicate spoilage.
