Between elevations of approximately 5,000 and 7,000 feet, cultivated crops, seasonal blossoms and wild forest flora create a changing landscape of nectar sources.
Here, farming follows the contours of the mountains. Small terraces carved into hillsides sustain local agriculture, while flowering plants across fields and surrounding forests provide nourishment for bees. Local beekeepers combine this close relationship with the land with modern beekeeping practices to bring the harvest to your table.

Our Natural Forest Honey is unpasteurised and gently strained to remove unwanted residues, without added sugar, artificial sweeteners or unnecessary preservatives. We keep processing to a minimum, allowing the honey's naturally distinctive character to shine through.
As with other pure honeys, natural crystallisation may occur over time. This is a normal process and does not, by itself, mean the honey has spoiled. Its texture and appearance may change while retaining the characteristic qualities of honey.
