A Pure Taste of the Wild Himalayas
Born in the untouched forests of Uttarakhand, our Natural Wild Honey captures the rich flavours and natural beauty of the Himalayas in every drop.
Carefully sourced from small-scale farmers and forest-dependent communities, this dark, aromatic honey is naturally produced by the giant honey bee (Apis dorsata), which gathers nectar from a diverse variety of wildflowers and forest trees growing across the Himalayan foothills.
Every region and season brings its own unique character to our honey. Its deep amber colour, distinctive floral aroma and naturally rich sweetness reflect the diversity of the wild Himalayan flora from which it originates.
Pure by Nature. Honest by Origin.
Our Natural Wild Honey is raw, unpasteurised and free from added sugar, artificial sweeteners and unnecessary additives. It is gently strained to remove natural residues while preserving its original character, distinctive flavour and naturally occurring pollen.
Because nature never produces the same harvest twice, the colour, aroma, texture and taste of our honey may vary with the season, floral sources and altitude. This natural variation is a beautiful reminder of its wild origin.
Over time, pure honey may naturally crystallise. This is a normal process caused by the natural sugars present in honey and does not mean that the honey has spoiled or been adulterated. Its texture may change, but crystallisation is simply one of nature's ways of revealing the character of raw honey.
Nature's Goodness in Every Spoon
Raw honey naturally contains sugars, small amounts of vitamins and minerals, enzymes and plant-derived compounds, including antioxidants. Enjoy it as a natural sweetener in your everyday routine, drizzle it over breakfast, stir it into a luke warm beverage or savour a spoonful of its rich Himalayan flavour.
At Himalaya Tree, we believe that good food begins with respect for nature and the people who protect it. Every jar connects you with the forests of Uttarakhand and the small-scale farmers whose livelihoods are closely linked to these landscapes.
From the wild forests of the Himalayas to your home — experience nature in its most honest form.
